PORTABLE RADIO EQUIPMENT OF CELLULAR NETWORK FOR VOICE AND/OR DATA TRANSMISSION AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deciding that cellular network portable radio equipment for voice and/or data transmission physically moved between off-switching and subsequent on-switching. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a 1st storing part S1 for storing all related channels in order to decide whether the portable radio equipment moved, an acquiring means E1 for storing a variable depending on the distance between the portable radio equipment M and a base station making the channels available about the channels stored in the means S1 before the off-switching of the equipment M and after the on-switching, and a 2nd storing part S2 for storing a variable measured before the off-switching. The equipment compares deviation between the variable stored in the part S2 and the variable measured after the on-switching with a prescribed value to decide whether the equipment moved.
