PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a micro strip connector which can realize a device assembled in a high-density which has a good transmission characteristic of a high frequency signal with none of unnecessary reflections, etc. SOLUTION: A signal transmission pin 1a, 1b, one end of which is connected to micro strip lines 5a and 5b and the other standing upright from the plane of a substrate 4, and a ground plate 2, one end of which is connected to a ground layer 6 formed on a substrate 4 so as to counter the micro strip lines, and the other end standing up from the substrate plane along with the signal transmission pin are provided. An opposite portion of the signal transmission pin 1a and the ground plate 2, and an opposite portion of the signal transmission pin 1b and the ground plate 2 is made into micro strip structure. |
