PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a label on the front face of an optical disk without stopping an optical disk drive. SOLUTION: In addition to a reproducing system of an optical disk driving device a light emitting system is made up of a position detecting sensor 200 for detecting a rotary shaft position of a spindle motor 106, a single rotation signal waveform forming circuit 201, a stroboscope lighting circuit 203 connected with the single rotation signal detecting circuit 202, and an light emitting device 204 comprised of a light guide plate and an LED or a light guide plate and a xenon lamp. |
