SOLUTION: In a system for realizing transaction with IC cards 7-10 on a network 11, relative positioning is set among the plural IC cards 7-10 so that transaction with a certain IC card can be transferred to the other IC card, and that payment accompanied with transaction with each IC card can be transferred to a specific IC card.
