SOLUTION: This storage cask device comprises a storage cask 3 provided with a space for storing a spent fuel and formed with a recess part 6 on an outer peripheral surface 4; and a fastening device 9 slidably placing a moving body 16 capable of fastening the storage cask and a pedestal 11 by being inserted in the recess part 6, on the pedestal 11 attached to a floor surface 7.
