PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that there is a possibility of destroying the electric circuit of a semiconductor device by unexpected discharge between the external terminal of a semiconductor device and a contact and an erroneous functioning occurs by electrification because there was no path for eliminating charge on a semiconductor device in an IC socket. SOLUTION: A pogopin (spring-incorporating contact pin) 6 has a pogopin upper part 6a and pogopin lower part 6b and a spring 6c, and the pogopin upper part 6a contacts an earth contactor 3 in a state the semiconductor device 1 is not installed. When the semiconductor device 1 is put on figures (a) and (b)}, a solder ball 1a is grounded by way of the pogopin upper part 6a, the earth contactor 3 and a resistor 7. When the semiconductor device 1 is pressed figure (c)}, the pogopin upper part 6a also slides in the lower direction, the pogopin upper part 6a is released from contact to the earth contactor 3, the solder ball 1a of the semiconductor device 1 is connected to the measuring device by way of the pogopin 6 so as to be in a state capable of starting measuring.
