PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for unfreezing or anti-freezing of a fluid in a pipe. SOLUTION: This unfreezing device for a fluid in a pipe 21, comprising a first joint 10 provided in a tip end of the pipe 11 for transferring the fluid and a second joint 20A connected water-tightly to the first joint 10, is characterized by providing a heater part 23 in the second joint and connecting a cord wire 22 connected to a power source in the outside to the heater part 23. In the Fig., 10a in an internal thread part, 20A in an external thread part, 24 in a through hole, 25 in a hollow, and 26 in an O-ring.
