HEATING COIL FOR INDUCTION HEATER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive induction heater by realizing an inexpensive heating coil with simple structure without increase in the loss. SOLUTION: An inexpensive heating coil preventing the increase in the loss with simple structure, is composed of two spiral heating coils which are the lamination of more than two layers stacked in the direction to which the object to be heated 13 is loaded. Respective ending parts at the peripheral side of the first heating coil 11 and the second heating coil 12 are connected each other while upside and down side of the layers are reversed at the above connecting part to the face of the object to be heated 13 so as to make the distribution of electric current of respective layers and that of inside a layer become uniform.
