AIRTIGHT STRUCTURE OF CONNECTION BETWEEN PARTITION WALL AND CEILING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify construction procedures for securing airtightness so as to reduce the man hours needed for airtight construction and reduce construction errors to assure higher airtightness by simplifying the airtight structure of a connection between a partition wall and a ceiling. SOLUTION: An airtight ceiling board 3 is mounted on the overall ceiling surface including the top of the partition wall 2, with the upper end of the partition wall 2 fixed to the lower surface of the ceiling board 3. The ceiling board 3 has an airtight sheet 4 provided integrally with the upper surface thereof. The airtight sheet 4 has on two adjacent sides thereof projections 15 projecting from the end edges of the ceiling board 3.
