摘要 PURPOSE: A bus monitor in a common bus structure is provided to classify a fault generation place by performing a fault monitoring to the common bus together with a fault monitoring to a specific node. CONSTITUTION: A receiving buffer(10) receives an external bus occupation signal and data inputted on a system common bus and outputs the received external bus occupation signal and data after a uniform time. A transmitting buffer(20) receives an internal bus occupation signal and data and outputs the received internal bus occupation signal and data on the system common bus after the uniform time. A bus occupation controller(30) receives the external bus occupation signal and an internal data transmission standby signal inputted on the system common bus and outputs the internal bus occupation signal so that a corresponding node occupies a bus. An OR gate(40) ORs the external bus occupation signal outputted through the receiving buffer(10) and an inverse signal of the internal bus occupation signal outputted from the bus occupation controller(30). The first bus monitor(50) is operated by a signal outputted from the OR gate(40), and receives the data outputted through the receiving buffer(10) and performs a monitoring function. The second bus monitor(60) is operated by the internal bus occupation signal outputted from the bus occupation controller(30), and compares the data outputted through the receiving buffer(10) with the data inputted to the transmitting buffer(20) and performs a monitoring function. A bus monitoring result processor(70) collects each fault monitoring result outputted from the first bus monitor(50) and the second bus monitor(60) and outputs the collected fault monitoring result to a CPU.
