The invention concerns an ear plug with controlled effect whereof the fabrication method and the design enable to ensure efficient protection of the human auditory system. The invention is characterised in that the ear plug (1) consists of a head (2) penetrating into the auditory duct, comprising in its median portion a through channel (5) emerging onto an air or fluid regulating pocket (6) assisted by non-return valves (7, 8), filtering means (13) and a discharge orifice (12).
