The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a paper bag, a paper bag and the use of a paper bag. At least one end of the bag is closed by fastening the end parts together by applying glue. The glue is at first not adhesive but can later be activated by some agent, such as water. The bag is, after that both ends are closed and a filling valve applied, used to contain powdery matter such as cocoa powder.
