The invention is intended for a telecommunication system where the roles that are engaged in connection with utilization of a telecommunication service have been separated. Solution according to the invention manages and debits individual network flows, which are based on quality demands (QoS). According to the described solution, the one who is liable to pay for the use of the network is appointed, at which payment can be made in advance or in arrears. |
