The invention relates to an electric connector (1) for establishing an electrical connection through a housing wall, especially the wall of a motor vehicle transmission. The electric connector comprises an electric pin housing (2) provided with plug contacts (4), and comprises a guide sleeve (3) which can be detachably connected to said pin housing by means of a bayonet-type connector (7, 8). The pin housing (2) is arranged essentially on the inside of the housing wall, and the guide sleeve (3) is arranged essentially on the outside of the housing wall. The pin housing (2) comprises, on the end thereof facing the guide sleeve (3), an inner and an outer essentially annular skirt (5, 6). According to the invention, a bayonet-type track (8) is placed on the exterior of the guide sleeve (3), and the locking spigot (7) corresponding to this track (8) is placed on the inside of the outer skirt (6) of the pin housing (2).
