A thermoplastic composition comprises a fully cured thermoplastic vulcanizate and electrically conducting solid fillers (5 - 75 wt.%). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a bipolar plate comprising a flat planar member formed of a thermoplastic elastomer containing the thermoplastic composition; and (2) an electrically conductive body comprising a member containing the thermoplastic composition.
