<p>A method and a device for collecting sand from a poured green sand mold capable of collecting the mold green sand not thermally affected by molten metal and the mold green sand thermally affected by the molten metal adhering to a casting material separately from each other by collapsing the poured green sand mold, wherein the cast green sand mold to be carried in is surrounded airtight at a collapsed position, and the surrounded green sand mold is decompressed and collapsed to separate the casting material having the thermally affected mold green sand adhering thereto from the mold green sand not thermally affected and the casting material is vibrated at a position other than the collapsed position to separate the thermally affected mold green sand from the casting material, whereby the thermally affected mold green sand and the mold green sand not affected thermally can be collected separately from each other.</p> |
