<p>The invention concerns a glass for solar control, having a base glass composition and colorants essentially consisting of approximately 0.40 to 0.93 wt. % Fe2O3; approximately 0.0 to 0.30 wt. % TiO2; and approximately 0.01 to 0.03 wt. % Cr2O3, said glass having a light transmission using A of at least 70 %; a reduction of ultraviolet radiation transmittance of less than 35 %; a direct solar heat transmittance of less than 45 %; a dominating wavelength under 545 nanometers and a purity of less than 7 %.</p> |
