PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice thermal storage device which has both a drain treatment function and an ice thermal storage function, can be reduced in cost and installed area, and can manufacture clean ice. SOLUTION: An ice machine 12 is constituted by providing a revolving belt 14 around a pair of rollers 13 and, at the same time, providing a cooler 15 on the internal surface side of the belt 14, and manufactures ice by spraying a drain upon the upper moving surface 14a of the belt 14 from a drain nozzle 11. The ice manufactured on the surface 14a is stored in a thermal storage tank 29. |
