<p>A method and apparatus for automatically transmitting telephone signals corresponding to a sequence of digits, or symbols, as soon as the telephone to which the apparatus is connected, is engaged. When the apparatus senses that the telephone line is free, it immediately and automatically sends telephone signals corresponding to a determined sequence of digits or symbols which have previously been memorized in memory devices included in the apparatus. The apparatus is equipped with a button, or similar means, which may be operated at will and temporarily for the inhibition of the automatic transmission of telephone signals. The apparatus may be combined with newly produced or existing telephones which are either connected to a public or private telephone network, or a central switchboard.</p> |
