<p>A method for producing a composition derived from one or more types of biomass selected from the group consisting of a lignocellulose type biomass, a cellulose type biomass and a biomass of nitrogen-containing polysaccharide type or protein type, characterised in that the one or more types of biomass are treated in one or more of organic solvents in the supercritical state or in the subcritical state. The organic solvent is preferably an alcohol solvent, more preferably methanol; and a composition obtained by the method.</p> |
