PURPOSE: A control for intake air by a driving state of a vehicle is carried out easily and a manufacturing cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle driving state sensing member(10) senses variable output signal of a driving state and outputs the output signal into a corresponding electric signal. A control member(20) receives the output signal of the vehicle driving state sensing member(10) and reads it to control a motor for variable intake with an engine driving state, battery voltage, car speed, and throttle opening degree. An operation drive(30) receives the signal from the control member(20) and output driving control for controlling the motor for variable intake. A driving member(40) opens/closes the motor for variable intake by the control signal of the operation drive(30).
