PURPOSE: A clutch controlled by a solenoid is installed within a motor operating a throttle lever to return automatically the throttle lever to an idle position. CONSTITUTION: A sensor is installed in an acceleration pedal(1). A signal generated from the sensor is sent to an electronic control unit(ECU) operating a driving motor(3). A throttle lever(5) is moved by the driving motor(3) to open a throttle valve proportional to an acceleration of the acceleration pedal(1). In a deceleration step, the sensor senses the acceleration degree and sends signal to the electronic control unit to close throttle valve. The acceleration pedal(1) and the throttle lever(5) returns to its original position by a pedal spring(7) and a return spring(9). A driving shaft(11) of a driving motor(M) is cut and separated. An upper and lower clutch plate(13, 15) are installed at both facing side of the driving shaft(11). A solenoid(17) controlled by the electronic control unit(ECU) is installed around the motor driving shaft(11) directly connected with the lower clutch plate(15). The throttle lever(5) is connected with a wire in the upper driving shaft(21) connected with the upper clutch plate(13).
