PURPOSE: A method for reprogramming a flash memory is provided to easily execute the variation of data in the flash memory by using the operating program of an SRAM if the variation of control data is requested. CONSTITUTION: A method for reprogramming a flash memory comprises the steps of: determining whether the reprogram of the flash memory is requested if a control unit is driven to request access to the flash memory in initial or starting state of an engine; copying a code for reprogramming the flash memory into an SRAM if the request for reprogramming the flash memory is detected; jumping into the beginning address of the copied SRAM and operating the SRAM by a code memory if copying the code for reprogramming the flash memory is finished; reprogramming the flash memory by the operation according to the code of the SRAM; and jumping into the beginning address of the SRAM and maintaining the initial and starting state of the engine.
