PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic stripping device of clams, thereby separating a large amount of clam flesh from shells automatically. CONSTITUTION: The automatic stripping device of clams is composed of a self-fermenting tank(100), a selection device(200), a first washing vessel(300) and a second washing vessel(400), which are sequentially installed. Where, the self-fermenting tank(100) contains a burner(102), a heating furnace and steam injection pipe on its wall and a rotation net having spiral projections and being rotated by a motor(112), an inserting conveyer(105) in an inlet, and a rotation discharging shovels(115) in the outlet; the selection device(200) rotates a selecting net wherein the inlet(213) of the net is connected with the outlet; the first washing vessel(300) contains a rotation net(310) having spiral projections wherein the inlet is linked with a clam flesh discharging gate of the selection device(200); and the second washing vessel(400) has two compartments wherein one has a rotation net having spiral projections, the inlet is linked with the outlet of the first washing tank and the outlet is linked with the other, the one side of the selecting net forms a pathway for the clam flesh to be discharged, and the outlet of the other compartment is linked with a reflux room of the first washing vessel.
