PURPOSE: A clamping device of an optical disk drive is provided to substitute a clamp bracket for a relay board. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the component number of the optical disk drive, and to simplify the assembly process. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor(231) drives a disk. A deck(230) fixes the spindle motor(231). An escalator(260) is installed on a main board(210), and ascends/descends the deck(230). A turntable(232) is fixed on a rotation axis of the spindle motor(231) to stably mount the disk. A relay board(270) is installed on an upper part of the deck(230), and arranges a cable of the deck(230) to connect the cable with a system. The relay board(270) equips a clamp(252) which closely contacts the disk to the turntable(232).
