PURPOSE: Provided is a painting apparatus supplying material from the upper part vertically through ring pipes and zig holes to transfer the material to a painting process by holding the material with a holding pins. CONSTITUTION: The painting apparatus comprises; a loading plate(20) having a toggle clamp and support sticks(22) supporting a rack zig plate(30), a charging zig plate(40), and a sliding zig(50) at a first height(h1); the rack zig plate(30) having the zig holes(31) at regular intervals and the holding pins(32), having a fixed height(h2), to clip the material, which is joined detachably to the upper part of the loading plate(20) and transferred to the painting process with the clipped material; the charging zig plate(40) having ring pipes(41) mounted on the upper part of the correspondent zig holes(31); the sliding zig(50) having material holes for laying the material and open-close holes having different centers from the material holes, wherein the material can be transferred to the ring pipes(41) by conforming the material holes with the open-close holes vertically. |
