PURPOSE: Provided are a method for deodorizing leftover food by zeolite and application method to organic fertilizer by mixing the leftovers with zeolite and aerobic fermenting. CONSTITUTION: The odor of leftovers is removed by spreading 10-30%(based on the leftovers) of zeolite(less than 0.5mm) as a water controller over the leftover food. The mixture of leftovers and zeolite is fermented with a fan running for 14days, wherein the water content is to be 60-70% by zeolite, and fermentation temperature is 30-80deg.C. |
