Disclosed is an advertising packaging device which is adapted to be stuck on to a newspaper or other similarly distributed print medium. The envelope-like device is stuffed with printed materials, which may be personalized depending on the recipient. The device is then positioned in close proximity to a newspaper and a pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is applied to at least part of the device, is used for sticking to the print medium for distribution of the printed materials.
