PURPOSE: A process for preparing a solid cosmetic composition by mixing powder and oil with a volatile solvent, using granular powder to increase porosity in a product and filling by a back injection process is provided. Thereby, a product having excellent stability, cosmetic effect, skin adhesion and durability is produced. CONSTITUTION: This solid cosmetic composition is prepared by mixing 20 to 40 parts by weight of an oil part, 5 to 50 parts by weight of granular powder having a particle size of 5 to 20 micrometer, 10 to 75 parts by weight of other powder parts and 20 to 100% by weight of a volatile solvent based on the composition and filling by an injection method. The granular powder is selected from spherical silica, spherical nylon and granular polymethylmethacrylate.
