PURPOSE: A tray for a semiconductor device on which a circuit pattern is formed is provided to decrease the amount and the time of work by arranging a circuit pattern capable of connecting with the outside in the state that the semiconductor device is loaded in the tray. CONSTITUTION: Electrode terminals(182) are formed in a lead support(144) of a pocket(140), and contacted with leads. External connection terminals(184) are formed along a side surface of a tray body. By forming a wire within the tray body, a circuit pattern(180) connects the electrode terminals(182) with the external connection terminals(184) electrically. A buffer is formed on the lower side of each lower end rib to relax an impact.
