PURPOSE: A shoulder straps receiving portion for absorbing shock of the suspension is provided to supply a receiving portion for supplying convenience and for relieving fatigue, so that a user doesn't feel pain on shoulder in carrying a heavy load. CONSTITUTION: The shoulder straps receiving portion for absorbing shock of the suspension includes receiving portions(1), lower panels(2) and extending portions(3). The receiving portions(1) absorb shock, which presses the shoulder continuously in carrying the goods on the shoulder, and induce the physical exercise of action and reaction. The lower panels(2) include many uneven portions, which are filled with air and are sealed. The extending portions(3) are made of the elastic materials and are stuck on the upper portion of the panel. The receiving portions(1) connect the extending portions(3) to the middle part between two straps and wraps them. Thereby the receiving portion(1) for absorbing shock is completed.
