PURPOSE: A window frame and window mounting structure is provided to stably and safely mount a window to a window frame for preventing the deviation of the window from the window frame due to the careless use of a user and improve the windshield and soundproofing effect. CONSTITUTION: A window frame and window mounting structure includes a fixed frame(2a) forming a part of an upper frame body and fixed to a wall surface, an assembly surface(21) formed plane at an opposite side of mosquito net door rails(22,33) formed on a bottom surface of the fixed frame, front and rear holding jaws(24a,24b) formed at both ends of the assembly surface, and an assembly frame(2b) formed separately from the fixed frame and having a plurality of guide rails(26,32) and front surface parts(25,31) integrated together to closely contact the assembly surface of the fixed frame, and front and rear coupling parts(24c,24d) to be coupled with the front and rear holding jaws to be fixed by coupling nails to the fixed frame.
