摘要 PURPOSE: A refrigerator door having a vacuum heat insulation panel is provided to eliminate foam leakage without foaming equipments, and to improve productivity and thermal insulation efficiency by using a vacuum heat insulating panel instead of polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION: A door of a refrigerator has a vacuum thermal insulating panel instead of urethane foam as a heat insulator. The refrigerator door is composed of an outer door(11), vacuum thermal insulating material(12), EP material(13) and cap decor. The vacuum thermal insulating panel is manufactured with mixing polyol, foaming agent, silicone surfactant, undiluted solution made of catalyst and additives and isocyanate solution. The manufactured vacuum thermal insulating material is vacuumized with sealing a vinyl bag in putting in vinyl coated by aluminum sheet. The EP material as Styrofoam is attached to the circumference of the vacuum thermal insulating material, and contacted to the outer door and the cap decor. The door is manufactured with contacting the vacuum thermal insulating material and the EP material in a space formed by combining the outer door with the cap decor, and with sealing by closing a door liner.
