PURPOSE: A headrest forming mold is provided to remove a need of an injection port and to prevent foam liquid from impregnating into a surface material of a headrest with foam liquid by integrally forming an injection port having a partition. CONSTITUTION: An injection port(1) of a headrest forming mold has an inlet(2) in the upper portion and an outlet(3) in the lower portion. A partition(4) is formed in the injection port. The outlet is formed in the lower side of the injection port. The upper and lower portions of the partition are preferably streamlined to smoothly flow foam liquid. The partition prevents the foam liquid from penetrating into a surface material of a headrest by dispersing the flow of the foam liquid and dropping inflow pressure of the foam liquid. Since the injection port is integrated with the headrest forming mold, inconvenience of separate installation of an injection port is removed.
