MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TRICOT PERMEATE CHANNEL USED FOR INDUSTRIAL SEPARATION MEMBRANE FILTER OF REVERSE OSMOSIS TYPE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a tricot permeate channel that is used for an industrial separation membrane filter of reverse osmosis type is provided, which can produce the tricot permeate channel economically and usefully, by endowing strength against internal pressure of separation membrane by keeping the space figure in the raw fabric stable and by forming ultra-thin film layer by impregnant, the impregnant being composed of a curing agent and water. CONSTITUTION: The method is as follows: (i) prepare composition of impregnant consists of 40-80 wt. part of curing agent and 150-230 wt.pts of water based on 100 wt.pts of water soluble epoxy resin; (ii) impregnate with this impregnant the tricot fabric knitted with polyester filament thread pre-treated according to conventional method; and (iii) dry and cure for forming coating of ultra thin film on the surface of the fabric.
