PURPOSE: An electronic commerce information offering system is provided to enable a user to input error case generated at a purchase of a product from an electronic commerce, and to offer the information on the electronic commerce web site. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of a user accessing a server offering informations on product purchase or user satisfaction(S10), the server determining which menu the accessing user selects among the input menu and the reference menu(S20), the server enabling the user to input data on a specific product or dissatisfaction on the electronic commerce service in an input window and automatically storing the input data in the case that the user select the input menu(S30), the server enabling the user to input a query in a search window, searching for the input query in a database, and displaying the search result on a screen of the user computer(S40), the server checking if the input dissatisfaction is true, and transmitting the dissatisfaction data to the electronic commerce web site(S50), and the server managing a black list of poor level web sites according to the response of the electronic commerce web site, and transmitting the list to the user(S60).
