PURPOSE: A device for warning a clogged filter of a dryer is provided to sense foreign materials clogging a filter contained in a hot wind exhaust duct and to warn a user of the clogged filter. CONSTITUTION: A filter clogging alarm device comprises: a how wind exhaust duct(50) mounted between a filter(51) and an exhaust fan(60); a plunger(92) moving back and forth on the side face of the how wind exhaust duct; and a micro switch(93) sensing the clogging of the filter by being tuned on or off according to the position change of the plunger. The plunger actuates to turn on the micro switch while negative pressure is formed in the how wind exhaust duct by clogging the filter through foreign materials. Moreover, a flange of the plunger is attached onto the inner face of the how wind exhaust duct to actively blow a hot wind while the filter is not clogged. |
