PURPOSE: A remote control apparatus for illuminator having photo sensing function is provided to reserve the lighting-up or lighting-down time by using wire or wireless method and to automatically turn on or turn off the light to improve the prevention of crimes. CONSTITUTION: The remote control apparatus comprises a remote controller(10) for turning on or turning off the light, a receiving circuit(20) for receiving the wireless signal generated from the remote controller, a control panel(100) for reserving the lighting-up or lighting-down time, an actinometer(80) for detecting the intensity of environment radiation, a controller(50) for turning on or turning off the light according to the signals transmitted from the control panel and from the receiving circuit, a liquid crystal display unit(120), and a power supplier(60) for supplying the power to the light. The receiving circuit has an antenna(21) for receiving the high-frequency radio signal transmitted from the remote controller, a radioamplifier circuit(22) for amplifying the received high frequency, a super heterodyne demodulation circuit(23) for extracting the low frequency control signal among the amplified signal, and a low frequency amplifier and wave restoring circuit for amplifying the low frequency control signal and restoring the distorted signal during the transmission to get the original encrypted digital signal.
