PURPOSE: An impact-reduced device of a disk drive is provided to control a downward moving capacity of frame up-down units when an inner vibration is generated. Therefore, it is possible to reduce vibration capacity transmitted to a feeding assembly, and to secure good playing ability. CONSTITUTION: A feeding assembly(301) performs a disk loading. Frame up-down units(303) are connected with the feeding assembly(301), and perform up/down operations by equipping the first and the second boss(307,308) to one side. Guide up-down units(304) have a cam(306) connected with the first boss(307) of the frame up-down units(303), and control the up/down operations of the frame up-down units(303). An impact reduced terminal(310) supports the second boss(308) by being extended to one side of the guide up-down units(304) while loading a disk.
