PURPOSE: A screen management method is provided to manage banking process screens in order to easily and efficiently refer or manage the banking process screens. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of downloading an SAPGM file of a banking terminal at a personal computer(1), enabling an operator to drive a screen management tool to refer a banking process file to the personal computer(2), the operator selecting a banking process file via the screen management tool(3), and a referral module of the screen management tool searching a list on component screens of the banking process screens(4), the referral module displaying the searched list graphically(5). If the operator clicks on a specific number among the displayed list, the referral module displays the corresponding screen. If the operator wants to compare two different version process files, a comparison module performs the comparison operation on the two process files and displays the comparison result.
