摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein as the conventional photocatalyst using titania is simply prepared by two-dimensionally fixing anatase type titania fine particles on a base sheet by means of spray coat or spin coat or by using a binder and making it into a plate sheet, an area for absorbing sunlight, etc., is extremely small and therefore, it is impossible to exhibit an enough photocatalyst effect and in addition, as wave length of the light absorbed with the titania is mainly ultraviolet rays with the wave length of at most 400 nm, the photocatalyst using titania has poor light-absorbing efficiency and therefore, function as the photocatalyst can not be enough exhibited. SOLUTION: In the photocatalyst using titanium dioxide (TiO2), the titanium dioxide is an anatase type titanium dioxide formed by sintering and oxidizing a porous titanium (Ti) alloy with a porosity of 5-90%.
