PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body structure having adhesion preventing means for breaking the adhering environment of marine organism by gas at the bottom and side thereof. SOLUTION: The bottom of the floating body structure is provided with partition plates for partitioning the bottom into plural parts like a grid, each partition is provided with a gas supply pipe for supplying gas, the gas supply pipe is provided with a gas feeder for feeding gas, gas is supplied to each partition to form a gas layer at the bottom, a number of pores are provided in a line in the lower part of the outermost one of the above partition plates, gas in each partition is caused to leak through the pores and raised as bubbles along the side to form a gas layer on the side by bubbles.
