PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civilian bulk lorry capable of conducting the supply work of LP gas even if it parks on the leftmost side on a road when LP gas is supplied to a bulk storage tank. SOLUTION: In the civilian bulk lorry equipped with a supply hose for supplying LP gas to the bulk storage tank installed in a home or the like and loaded with an LP gas tank 1 having emergency shut-off valves for liquid and gas for filling and supplying the LP gas on a vehicle 4, an emergency shut-off valve 22 for filling and an emergency shut-off valve 21 for gas are installed in a rear mirror plate part 10a of the LP gas tank 1, a valve instrument box 11 for housing valve instruments being piping-connected from the emergency shut- off valves 21, 22, 23 is installed in the rear in the vehicle, and an opening and closing door 15 of the valve instrument box 11 is installed in the back part of the vehicle.
