PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition which has low stiffness in tensile strength, and the like, and an excellent chemical resistance, is so ductile that there is no sharp edge on a fracture surface of a molded item, shows a high thermo-deformation resistance, has a good surface even after being coated and is suitable for a part of an automobile. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 2 to 40 pts.wt. of a small diameter rubber particle-containing graft copolymer (A), the rubber polymer (Ra) having a volume average particle diameter of 60 to 250 nm, 20 to 68 pts.wt. of a medium diameter rubber particle-containing graft copolymer (B), the rubber polymer (Rb) having a volume average particle diameter of 260 to 1000 nm, 25 to 63 pts.wt. of anα-methylstyrene and/or maleimide-based copolymer (C) and 5 to 35 pts.wt. of a styrene-based-copolymer (D), wherein the sum of the components A, B, C and D is 100 pts.wt. and the rubber content is 25 to 50 wt.%.
