PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble generating bathtub by which comfortability in bathing is improved without injecting bath hot water when the operation of the bathtub is started, e.g. in a special jet stream state such as a strongest mode. SOLUTION: A micro-controller 32 constituting a controller 18 for controlling the jet stream state of bath hot water is provided with a memory 35 for storing a jet stream state command Y2 concerning the jet stream state, which is inputted from an operation panel 21. Then the memory 35 stores only control information concerning a normal jet stream state (e.g. a jet stream mode 'standard' or a jet stream strengh 'strong', or the like) except the special jet stream state (the jet stream strength, 'strongest') in the jet stream state command Y2. Then, in the air bubble generating bathtub 11, the strongest mode jet stream is not injected to a bathtub body when the operation is started since the operation is started based on the jet stream mode and the jet stream strength which are stored in the memory 35.
