PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cloning vector capable of easily discriminating the presence or absence of the insertion of an extraneous DNA (insert). SOLUTION: This is a cloning vector that contains a DNA sequence encoding a green fluorescent protein(GFP) and a regulatory sequence controlling the expression of GFP, and has a cloning site in a DNA region encoding a helix structure.
