PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin preparation for external use which exhibits sufficient effect on the inhibition of eczema or dermal rubor associated with dermatitis and possesses fine percutaneous absorbability. SOLUTION: This skin preparation for external use is obtained by including an extract extracted from uva ursi, a dry extract extracted from uva ursi or arbutin of the main component of uva ursi and butyl flufenamate or bufexamac.
