PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix/agitate water with ozone or chlorine. SOLUTION: Water cooled by a refrigeration circuit 3 is supplied from a water supply pipe 24, and simultaneously ozone is supplied from an ozone supply pipe 22. When water and ozone gas are supplied simultaneously into the internal space V of a box-shaped main body 20, a turbulent flow is generated, and the water and the ozone gas are mixed/agitated uniformly in the space V. The ozone gas is mixed/agitated uniformly in the water as fine ozone particles in a micron unit. Ozone water is discharged from a discharge pipe 26. The discharged ozone water is supplied to an ozone cleaning apparatus 27 and sprayed to vegetables for cleaning and sterilization.
