PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy to use makeup removing apparatus being convenient to carry and store, preventing oil from being transferred from a removing part to a shank even after a substantial period of time has elapsed since it is stored in a container such as a case, and preventing a grip part from being stained during use. SOLUTION: The makeup removing apparatus R1 includes makeup removers 1 and a storage case 2. Each makeup remover 1 comprises the shank 11 and the removing part 12 provided at each end of the shank 11 and impregnated with oil. The storage case 2 comprises a case body 21 and a lid part 22. A locking part 23 having a mating part 231 is joined to the lid part 22. Holding plates 3 are arranged inside the case body 21 to form narrow sections 24 and a wide section 25 therein. The top of each holding plate 3 has mating parts 31. The shank 11 of each makeup remover 1 fits into the mating part 31 to suspend the makeup remover 1.
