PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler box enabling the specifications inside its container part to be changed according to its use. SOLUTION: This cooler box is so designed that a plurality of seizing grooves 10 are arranged lengthwise at intervals near the respective upper ends of a pair of inner wall surfaces 1a and 1b situated on the longer sides of its container part 1 and facing each other; these seizing grooves 10 mutually correspond in pairs along the inner wall surfaces 1a and 1b and are provided notchedly on the inner wall surfaces 1a and 1b so that the upper surface thereof is situated on a step 11 and presents itself in an opened nearly semicylindrical fashion; and a tray (an auxiliary member) 20 is to be fixed onto the grooves 10 in a detachable manner.
